Counselling Around Suicide.

Suicide.

Before you consider taking that final step, maybe you need to find out if it’s such a good idea after all.

The guarantee you get from me is that I will not bullshit you.

Asking “What’s the point?” is an entirely natural question when you don’t know who you are, or why you should stick around. Thoughts of suicide occur when we have lost touch with hope. It's a matter of perception.
While there are a number of primary factors that steal our hope, I believe the most common are:
  •  A buried rage that has not been recognised or properly understood
  • A lost sense of identity.
Are there other issues? Sure are. So before you take that final step, maybe you need to find out if it’s such a good idea after all.

Is it possible that you have missed something important as to why you feel the way you do? Is it possible that life isn’t quite the awful? The problem with the questions I will ask you is that I probably cannot help if you will not be honest with yourself.

The great thing with the suicidal person is they usually have at least one really, REALLY valid reason for feeling that way.

But is suicide the best choice? To make life worth living you may need to get real on some things, confront some of your own faulty beliefs, and re-negotiate some ideas. I can help you do that.

And as I say, the guarantee you get from me is that I will not bullshit you.

Consider This.

Are you overwhelmed with feelings of hopelessness or helplessness? Have you lost your sense of purpose and/or identity? Are you experiencing psychic or spiritual pain?
From personal experience I can tell you that HOPE EXISTS. Let's find your hope together.

There are 3 reasons for suicide; it can be the act of a normal person to abnormal circumstances, or it is murderous rage misdirected onto the self, or it is an act of revenge.

In most cases it is a failure to be grateful for the good things and good people who are already in your life.
